Prices and Products

Prices on our website are presented in Euros and include VAT at the legal rate at the time of purchase. Price and product specifications contained on this website may be changed without notice.

Ordering Information

The products presented on our website are limited to existing stock. For some products, duly identified, the order may be limited to a certain number of copies.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping Costs

All orders confirmed by us will be sent to the shipping address specified by the Customer during the order. We do not charge shipping costs (excluding customs costs) on all orders equal to or greater than €100 to Portugal.

Deadlines

The shipping period is up to five (5) business days for mainland Portugal and up to seven (7) days for the Azores and Madeira. For other regions, the period may be extended due to air transport limitations. In case of stock outages, the customer may be contacted by email with information about the new shipping date and can then choose to keep or cancel the order. Additional information about advance shipping can be requested by email.

Payment

You can make payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Multibanco and MBWAY. Transactions are always confirmed via email to protect against identity theft. Order Cancellation

The customer can cancel the order if it has not yet been processed. Order cancellation can be formalized via email.

Non-Acceptance of Orders

Joana Mota Capitão Jewelery reserves the right not to accept the order, informing the Customer of the following situations: a) Out of stock; b) Unavailability of the product; c) If we consider that there is misconduct on the part of the buyer or if there are anomalies in personal information.

Returns Policy

The customer may, within 14 days of receiving the product, return it. Within the same period, the customer may complain about any anomaly of the ordered product, if such anomaly is the responsibility of Joana Mota Capitão Jewelery. To complete this request, the complaint must be formalized via email.

In the same email, the customer can explicitly indicate the reasons for the return, mentioning the order number and identification. From there, we will coordinate with the customer how the return can be processed. If the situation warrants, we will deal with the associated costs. In situations where the return is not our responsibility, the return will be accepted after confirming the good condition of the returned products and their packaging.

The customer is reimbursed for the value of the product, minus the cost of shipping costs in accordance with current values ​​(6€ for Portugal, 10€ for the Azores and Madeira, 20€ for the European Union and 45€ for the rest of the world) .

Consequently, we reserve the right not to accept returns of products without prior notice and/or if the products do not correspond to the same conditions in which the buyer purchased the products (products that have suffered any type of use, alterations, damages and/or lack of packaging original, accessories and/or additional elements). In case of return, the refunded amount will be paid within the stipulated period of 30 days after sending the order receipt (Decree-Law No. 143/2001 of April 26).
